Hello OP and everyone else having this problem. I also had the same issue with a skoda superb 2013 and decided to make an account here so that others may benefit from my findings. The quickfix for me was this: -Start the car with phone bluetooth on. -the car connects to only calls -on phone disable bluetooth -on phone enable bluetooth after 2-3 sec -imediately select the cars bluetooth from phone so that the connection comes from the phone toward the car -the bluetooth is now connected for calls and audio Good luck to you all
