Hi ords, Thanks for your suggestion. I didn't check the fuses because all the seat functions except the memory are working o k and the "cleaning" just consisted of moving the seat back about 3 inches to remove the mat, so little or no chance of disturbing any wiring. I have tried resetting the seat memory by moving the seat fully forward, upwards and the seat back fully forwards but again the beep that was supposed to sound didn't.

Hi, I've had a Skoda Octavia L&K for over a year now and everything has been fine. However today I've tried to change the position of the driver's seat as it had been moved for cleaning, but found that the Set, 1, 2, 3, buttons appear to be dead. Normally I would set the seat where I want it and then do Set + 1 within 10 secs. and receive a confirmation "bong", but there is nothing, the seat doesn't move and if I try to set it there is no sound. The key is the contact-less type and nothing has been changed other than moving the seat backwards to clean the floor. Has anyone had this problem before and if so how do I fix it?
