  1. Bit more info: I've had this issue for the past 6 months or so. The car initially came with bigger tires on the front, I thought replacing them could fix the issue but no luck. One of the bearings also needed replacement, thought that the faulty bearing may be causing a wheel speed issue but upon fitting a new one, the problem still persists. My battery died last week so I've installed a brand new one yesterday so the clamps are on tight and relatively clean. I'll give it a quick sand through anyway. Thank you for all of the quick replies!

  3. Hello forum! I am looking for a bit of extra clarification regarding an issue I'm getting with my MK1 Fabia Wagon (1.9 TDI). When I get onto the motorway and reach the speed of about 60 MPH, after about 30-60 seconds, the speedometer drops to 0 and stops working, followed by pretty much all of the lights on the dash lighting up (Traction control, Power Steering, Check Engine, Hand Break). Power steering also switches off. The issue's 'fixed' after the engine is switched off and on again, however the check engine light remains on the dash for about a day before disappearing again. Faulty ABS Sensor? Any help, advice, or comments are welcome. Many thanks and merry Christmas. Tomasz.
