    Hi everyone, Just joined after a couple of years of invaluable lurking on the forum to add my experience with this problem, since my fix was the REVERSE of D402's. I found that all the buttons needed to be OUT. Go figure... And in my case it was a 70 year old friend who was to blame 😉. My car is a Superb 3 Estate dated November 2016.
