Hi all. I’ve had a trawl through the threads but couldn’t see this ring covered anywhere. My KESSY system has stopped working on my Superb Mkiii. The following have completely stopped: - keyless entry to all door handles - keyless entry to the boot When I grab the handle to open I can see the red light on the key fob activate indicating there isn’t an antenna problem and all three key fans work fine (and have new batteries in). Another problem is that, while the car always starts fine, if the engine is running and a passenger gets out of any door, it flags a warning message saying the key is not present. Any ideas at all what the issue could be or is it back to the dealer? cheers Jon

Just registered on here as having exactly the same problem with my passenger door handle being stuck open and appears disengaged with the release cable. I’m having real problems getting into the lock mechanism through the side of the door. Do I need a special tool to release the unit? Any help appreciated!
