  1. I was away from home when it happened so rang my local dealer and was told told to fill up with "good quality oil" and to book it in to check for leaks when I got home, which I did. I passed a Skoda dealers when I was away so to be safe I called in and told them what happened...they too couldn't not believe the amount of oil used in a short time and gave it the once over before I drove home. I have been very fortunate in having many cars from new or nearly new and have never had this before either
  2. @kodiaqsportline I've had the car 6 months and it is used for a mixture of trips, mainly short during the week and 150 + miles most weekends. The dipstick was dry and it took 2L in slightly under 10k miles which seems very excessive to me too. This is my first VAG car my previous car was the Peugeot 3008 and the only thing I topped up was the windscreen fluid like most people I have spoken too.
  3. I have recently had a "check oil level" warning appear and when I checked it there wasn't any showing on the dipstick. I added around 2L and booked it into the garage to be checked, they told me that there were no signs of a leak? I have just had the 1st service at 10,500 miles by a different garage and they confirmed that there were no leaks and the Karoq uses a thin oil so will need topping up around 10k miles. This is my first Skoda and I can never check the oil between services with other cars so I'm curious to know if anyone else has experienced this? Thanks Karoq Sportline Auto Diesel 4x4 10,500 miles
  4. I'm using the MySkoda app on my phone and I've even tried it with different phones with the same result. Partly my fault as I've been waiting to take the car back to the dealers to have a software update. They were due to ring me back today after checking the fault with "customer services"...didn't hear from them.
  5. Hi I'm unable to become Primary User . I have registered online and it has correctly identified my car and the same with the Skoda Connect app on my phone. The problem I'm having is when I go through the process of trying to activate it in my car, press the unlock buttons on the two key fobs after a long wait I keep getting the error message ... Activate Skoda Connect "Please try again or contact customer services" - attached. I have contacted Skoda Customer Services who said "with this fault the car needs to the dealers". They then put me through to my local dealers who are going to look into this fault and will call me bak...hmm. I haven't been able to become the Primary User since I purchased the car July 2021 I'm the second owner. The car had a full software update last week so I thought Happy days but it seems not, Any ideas please. David 2021 Skoda Karoq Sportline 4x4 Quartz Grey
