Hello, I had to leave the car in a garage for a couple of months, because I was not planning to drive some period of time. To prevent battery from running out - there is a sentence in the official guide book - to remove the battery "+" connector, so I did it. There is nothing said about attaching it back or some potential issues with it. So now I am ready to use the car, but after connecting it back to battery - a lot of yellow indicator lights are showing (around 10). Does anyone know if this is a standard thing to be fixed in any random service (I assume it should be) or the dealer's service must be visited? And if it is required for this small issue to visit the dealer because the 5 year warranty is active?

My Octavia journey: 2021. mid December: ordered SEL (style/elegance) 2022. March 14th - dealer informs that VIN is assigned 2023. March 15th - dealer informs that car has been built. 2023. March 24th - dealer informs that car has arrived. 2023. March 28th - pickup from dealer

I was also playing with configurator now, and although 'dynamic' was not showing in the list of available packages, there was an option in 'interior' available for dynamic (probably bug). When clicked on it - message was showing 'available until 48/2022'.

I had ordered my octavia with 'Elegance' trim (similar to SEL) on dec 2021, and reverse camera was specified in configurator (within the trim package), but when I received the feature checklist from dealer - reverse camera was 'until week 47/2021', so if I wouldn't spotted it, then no camera for me. But dealer was kind enough to add it as optional feature without extra cost. Regarding dynamic - also have chosen this package, and it has disappeared from the configurator, noticed it 1-2 months ago, when 'Active' and 'Style' packages (the basic ones) disappeared.

Hello, I have ordered octavia elegance (similar to SEL) about a year ago, and visually like everything except the black segment in front bumper (regular, not rs version). I was wondering if it is possible to install bumper from rs in the place of my regular bumper? From pictures I see that placement of lights is higher ofr rs, so I assume that it is not possible. Maybe someone could comment on this? If not - can anyone suggest some aftermarket front bumper? Also I have seen front bumper stubs cover for A7 on the market that could do the job, but I haven't found anything for A8. If anyone can find, please share. Picture for reference:

I have read or watched a video, where it was said that you should not trust the fuel consumption at the beginning of usage of the car, as there are some calibration or something like that involved. So 705km might not be enough if you are checking the average consumption of this amount, as first X amount of km's were probably inaccurate. Would be better if you started a new trip and checked the consumption of it.

Also small offtopic - I have also ordered the velvet red metallic color, but in most pictures it is not possible to detect the actual color. Also in your image bumper looks darker than the bonnet (picture/lighting issues), could you describe which one is closer to the overall look of the car>

Hello, I have ordered Octavia a month ago and was thinking about subwoofer for it, as the canton was not available at the moment of order. So basically I have already Logitech Z906, and it has 165W subwoofer (plus other 5 sattelites, but I am not planning to use them in car), that is powered using usual home outlet. Sound input would is the AUX 3.5mm (the same that are usually used for headphones if you connect them to a computer or phone) I have also opted into 230V outlet (max 150W), and columbus, if that makes the difference. So in general I would have 3 (or probably only the last 2 options) how to connect it without extra effort: 1) Plug it into the AUX port, if there is any? I saw mk2 has this option, but cannot see any info for the newest octavia, so I am assuming this is a legacy technology. 2) Use usb-c to AUX 3.5mm adapter, connect the subwoofer and play the audio from car MIB. (is it even possible?) 3) Play music on my phone, and split the output into 2 "branches" - one for sobwoofer and second would be plugged into usb-c and played on the sound system of a car. Please let me know if you have any option/knowledge on any of these options, and maybe you have already tried something like this. And sorry if my question does not seem logical - I don't own the car at the moment, so I am just guessing about the possibilities. Also question regarding the 230V outlet - as the max output is 150W: What would happen if I exceed it? Is the 150 set as max, and cannot be exceeded, or it can be exceeded, and some other electrics could suffer because of that?
