I’m in the same boat. VRS iV ordered in August 21 with no extras. Latest update from leasing company - no build date, realistic delivery end of 23 or early 2024. My company provided a rental car for me to use however due to high monthly costs they’ve decided it’s time to move on and find something else. So I cancelled my order with Skoda and went for a Hyundai Tucson plug in hybrid which is going to be delivered tomorrow. I’m a bit gutted in a way as I was looking forward to the octavia but excited in the same time for the Tucson as it seems genuinely decent. Hope you all have better luck 🤞🏻

I don’t think you’d be able to order a new one anyway, it’s been removed from the skoda website since October if I remember correctly

Any update is better than nothing I guess . Have you added any extras on it? My VRS iV still does not have a build date, ordered August ‘21

Nope, I’ve not received a build date. Still estimated for delivery in Feb 2023

Q3.2023 I guess it’s fine contextually, you’ll know whether or not you can wait for the car and make a decision in regards to your order. However most of us have been sold a 2021 or early 22 delivery and this is slipping away further and further…

As a follow up to this, thought I’d share my latest update in regards to the order. Have received another delivery pushback today, this time to “early 2023”. This would mean a 16-18 month delivery lead time for myself. Not what I was hoping for, to say the least. Hope you guys have more luck than me.

In all honesty, I’m not expecting it to be delivered in May. I’m at that point where all I can say is “it is what it is”. I’m just hoping it won’t get cancelled after waiting for so long Another thing to mention, my choice of colour was “quartz grey” and this has now been replaced to “graphite grey”.

Ordered August 21 as well, in the UK. Octavia VRS IV - no extras, apart from the free of cost rear windscreen wiper. I have been initially advised Nov 21 delivery, pushed back to December, then Jan. Received an email in Feb stating that the car is “on track” to be delivered est. May 22. Particularly love the “on track” expression used by them…
