Went to a service center today and they replaced fuel filter, cleaned throttle body and adapter it on VCDS. Also tried different injectors. Problem still not fixed :(

Hello, I have a Skoda Octavia MK1 1.6 MPI manual transmission (2008) While driving the car whenever I release the acceleration pedal the engine jerk strongly then the jerking stops (It is just when I release the pedal not continuous jerking ). Even if I release the accelerating pedal very slowly and not suddenly, once I totally release it, it jerks. If I put the gear on neutral and release acceleration pedal, it does not jerk. I went to a mechanic and he suggested I replace engine and gearbox mounts (total 3). I did and it did not fix the problem at all. Can you please suggest what is the problem with the car from my description. Feel free to ask more questions to clarify. Thanks
