I had a text earlier from the dealer saying the factory has accepted my order and is now awaiting a build slot. I assumed this would have been the case four weeks ago when I placed the order. Does anyone know what this means? Am I further along the process now, I still do not have a build date which I assume would be the next step?

Morning all, Just ordered VRS petrol estate with travel assist and winter pack, dealer advised delivery would be around 3 months but when I actually ordered the Skoda site lead time was 40 weeks, anyone have any experience ordering a similar spec in the recent past? I will report back to this post with any progess in case it is of use to others

This is from my trip from Cambs to Colchester and back, on the way there I had a full battery and was totally flat on the way back so I was impressed to still get 45mpg

Actually I do have high beam assist, how do I go about adding lane assist or even traffic sign recognition. Is there someone on the forum I can pay or any third party I can use?

The car is a 21 plate Sportline Plus IV, it does not have any of the below 😞 - lane assist - traffic sign recognition - high beam assist

Hi All, I finally took delivery of my new Sportline IV yesterday, it is on a 71 plate and has done 3k, below is a pic of the general state of the wheels/discs. Do they seem right to you, it would appear the coating has also come of the wheelnuts too? Thanks in advance for your advice.

Ah that is good to know, appreciated Any other observations you would make between the Superb and the Arteon? They looks to share lots of the same kit but I guess the proof is in the pudding and all that.

Hi All, I know some people seem to have issue with road noise inside the Superb and just wondered if this was also an issue in the IV? My last two cars have been an Arteon and a BMW 320D and they seemed fairly silent, well on most surfaces anyway so I was just wondering what I should expect with the IV? Thanks in advance guys.

Hi All, I am picking up a 71 plate Superb Sportline Plus next week, the listing on Autotrader is not very clear as to what is included as ever The car has blindspot detection but does not mention lane assist, can you have one without the other? Also, do I have to pay to use Apple car play? Thanks in advance! I am looking forward to joining the Skoda family And one last question, there is a button on the steering wheel with an icon of a car with a line on each side/top/bottom, is this something to do with drive assist?
