And i also got small gift for buying a car and that i waited so long So i hope that you get soon your cars and that Škoda finish this order from Q1, Q2 and Q3 2021 priority. Comision number and VIN number, can your dealer tells you. So is your car already produced or you have "estimated production" date or confirmed production date? If you had confirmed production date then wait till this date and hope for no delays and then you will see if your car will be produced and delivered. Or you can write to Škoda and ask but first contact your car dealer if he has some informations. @AudreySI you can try but my experience was, that I wrote email last year in December 2022, but they answer to me about semiconductors problems and bla bla and apologizing and told that I must stay in contact with my car dealer 🤦‍♂️ I hope that you get some good true inforations, if you write to Škoda 👍

I was send information on this email: [email protected] You must tell that you are in contact with your dealer and you don't have information about your car, but you want information what's happening with your car (add all your information about car comision number (order number), VIN number and who is your dealer where you order your car). And then wait that you to get an answer👍

@taspac Thank you for this information. I hope that this will happened, because they always find something. So true is that RS has V4 door panels. And true also is that this production not yet working. So all Octavia RS are in delay. Write email to Škoda tell your comision number (order number), VIN number and who is your dealer and they will give you information. I did the same, I was rude and I thought they would ignore me, but they answered me 😇😁 I got information what is missing and that production for this didn't start yet and also some fairy tales when my car maybe will be finish 🙄😞 I wrote about this, that order are in error, because car will be model 2023 and all this orders are in waiting, I don’t know what this means for equipment???? And i dont know what is for Škoda small delay because my car have dely + 1 week from march 2022 Maybe the Czechs will not have a holiday in August and hopefully they finish the parked cars

Yeah I did it Colleagues first I see that car equipment is not problem. If you check Kodiaq they also have matrix lights, park assist, rear camera etc. so same equipment like Octavia have. And dealer says that these cars are not problem. Someone else wrote that someone gets an Octavia combi (wagon) very quickly, not a limousine, so there’s something weird here. In Friday I has visit again dealer and ask about information’s, he again repeat that he get information that all unfinished cars they should be finish at end of August 2022, I don’t believe in that but ok. But some other cars that don’t have a confirmed production or VIN number, all of these orders are delayed or flawed because these cars will be the new annual model, so the seller told me. I also got also answer from Škoda customer service, they told me that fire in Antolin is still problem, they partially resumed production so for Škoda Octavia RS they still don’t produce door panels (so my car missing just door panels nothing else), so car is parked and waiting that Antolin restore production. They say that this will be done till end of summer but we all know what this information means 😢😢 So we can only hope for miracle that this will happened 🙏🙏 So that means 18 months of waiting crazy time, if I ordered a sports Audi, I would get the car within 12 months 🤦‍♂️

My car dealer told me that in last 6 months they didn't get any limousine, but they get 2 combi (caravan) škoda octavia sportline (so something is going on with limousines). -> maybe someone has some more detailed information about this? I live 500 m from car dealer and see cars parked there every day check what is new. He also guessing that maybe Škoda finish priority car on production line and this means more delay for parking cars, because if they moving this car into line again or someone must finish it this means time and cost, because they meybe must stop production lines. -> but this is guessing. If you coworker got car in 5 months, then he was lucky or get car from stock or someone cancel order, but very lucky. I order Škoda Octavia RS 2.0 TSI DSG red color (Parking assistant 2.0, traveler assist, air conditioning 3 zone, DCC, comfort package 1 with camera rear). @Ajdolin your are right, but if people don't have production date or VIN then is nonsense to wait for car, unless a miracle happens (i'm talking about the octavia because other cars, as far as i can see, Škoda deliver them Kamiq, Kodiaq, Fabia... there are parked by dealer place). If my car didn’t have a VIN, I would definitely cancel the order and buy something in stock, I know I would pay more, but it’s worth, at least I would have a car 😁 So no one has gotten a Skoda Octavia in the period 1.3.2022 till today?

I have really bad news, yesterday i was by my car dealer and he told me some bad informations. My car was built 14.2.2022 and i have already VIN number. First he told me that car must be finish in 3 months when car get VIN number, but now when every week i get information, when car will be finish and date move "+ 1 week". So my car must be finish till 15.5.2022 but this will not heppend. I write really hard email and tell that i want informations not lies and deceiving. Then dealer forwarded this email to supplier in Slovenia and he told him sorry we don't have informations car must be finish till and of Avgust and this is still not confirmed so again 3 months delay they are stu... and i was realy angrey. So i screamed to dealer that i want accurate date, when car will be finish and that this car is not anymore new, because is parked space on bad wahter more than 3 months on parking space and they must give to me aditional discount. He also write another email to supplier and tell that customer want date and informations, because have problems and cost with old car. Now i wait to answer. I wrote another email directly to Škoda and I am also waiting for a response there. So colleagues when you get VIN this means nothing, Škoda parked car on parking and they lets you wait and always 3 months delay and delay and delay. So if this is true waiting time is 17 months for Octavia. So i think that we will not get our cars in 2022 i speak about Škoda octavia (limousines are problematic) 😞 😢 Can i ask if someone got Škoda from 1.3.2022 till today? If someone got car, write car informations.

@MaximusMeridius yes i read all earlies post and i know that some people have alreday car, this makes me angry, because i know that my car have big margin, and it's silly that we must wait, but other people who pay less get cars. And yes you have right, if car is in production and waiting, then dont cancel order, but if not then is nonsense to wait car and that Škoda play with us 😞 And yes i tell all friends who dream about Škoda, about this forum and waiting time, so i know for 4 friends who changed their minds and buy something else, they already driving cars 😇 And yes i also want to know what with this door panels for RS? Because if this is true, is this really shame for Škoda, that they push every week "delay + 1 week" and not set correct date when car will be finish 🤢

Hi all, I must also share my experience about Škoda octavia RS new car. I was order car 18.3.2021 on 14.2.2022, i get VIN number and my dealer say that car is produced (in system was production date 9 week 2022). I'm from Slovenia and i was order red Octavia RS with loot of additional equipment. I speak with my car dealer every week he told me that they have information that when car is produced must be finish in 3 months (in unfinished production car can be 3 months). So i calculated and my car must be finish to 15.5.2022 so now really don't understand, how can door panel for RS production start in June, this does not match with the data that dealer give to me??? Now every week i get + 1 week in system so if production for RS door panel will start in June, why i don't get 22 or 23 week in system this is June??? Because in february i said to my dealer, that if car won't be finish till march i will cancel my order and buy car from stock because in begining of year 3 RS octavia was in stock in Slovenia. And he made a few calls and tell to me that car get production date 9 week 2022, so i was decide to wait. I also have information that some man order octavia RS with less equipment 4 day after my order and he have estimation week 52 2022 and this is still not confirmed. So my proposition for all is that if your car is not produced, cancel order, because you will wait from 12 till 24 months for new car if you get it (i also say this to all my friend who want to order Škoda). Because some people from Škoda must be fired, because they have no idea how to handle orders and run production (how can they produce Škoda Octavia Sportline, if this car was available after my order? and my dealer 2 months back had 2 available -> and they say b**s** to us that they have problems with semiconductors) 😞🤢
