Davanti tyres - seem pretty good
The power of advertising. I did a bit of Googling before I bought the first set but wasn't much in the way of reviews. The garage said that it's the tyres the Enterprise hire car company use when they send their cars in as a kinda 'must be good' which cynical me didn't buy as i suspect a hire company want cheap and don't need something that will last loads of miles as they tend to sell off and buy new regularly. Buy couldn't find any horror stories and its a family car doing family stuff, not a performance car or owt.

Davanti tyres - seem pretty good
Hi All, just my experience using Davanti tyres. Had the front tyres replaced on my Karoq a while back and the garage recommended a UK brand called Davanti. Never heard of them. At my last service a couple of weeks ago, they needed replacing. So I checked how many miles they had done since they were changed - 23,000. According the Google, that is pretty good! I do drive on some dirt roads as well, so its not all smooth tarmac. Plus at £99 a tyre, seems like a good choice. Paul

Replacement suspension
Thanks for that. To be fair the garage said its normal and it'll be MOT that would decide. They also mentioned the back brake discs and pads but wait till the warning light comes on. Paul

Replacement suspension
Hi All, At the last service of my Karoq SE L 2000cc (ish), the suspension front and back were reported as "misty", which sounds like a bill is looming..... Any recommendations for what make is a good replacement option and potential parts and labour costs for front and back? Ta! Paul

Karoq on long journey with a six footer?
It feels about the same size as my Kia Carens, front and back. Did sit in the C5 Aircross, which is significantly bigger and is up against the Kodiaq for size, but a lot cheaper than the Karoq and Kodiaq. Decisions, decisions!

Karoq on long journey with a six footer?
thanks all. TBF, I think most modern cars are probably going to be ok on the seat front. Might try another test drive. Paul

Karoq on long journey with a six footer?
Sadly, I am of an age where I no longer have a 5 hour bladder! I can safely say there would be a break in that journey! Paul

Helllllooooooooooo!!
I want the Karoq. We've got a Kia Carens at the mo, and as a family car it's great but no longer made. I did look at the Octavia as well, which boot size and fuel economy is great, I just felt a little low and close to the roof (I'm tall!) My other half is just worried how the seats in the SE L models will fair with time 😕

Cheers for that. I'm 6'4"and the other half is nearly 6 and are both long in the legs. Just need to convince her on the Karoq!

Karoq on long journey with a six footer?
Hi Karoqers/karoqees/karoqsters! What's the Karoq like on long journeys for those over 6 foot? I test drove one the other day and noticed the seat is not as deep as my current no Skoda car! Any tall Karoqsters got any opinions? Paul

Interior wear n tear advice - karoq
Hi there, I'm looking at getting a S/H karoq, probably the SE L trim. All the reviews really rave about them as a family car. One concern my other half has is how the leather seats stand up to family life. What are peoples experience? How does the interior wear over the years on the SE L trim generally? Cheeers Paul
