  1. I wasn't sent any T&Cs. Clan Covid became official a couple of weeks after I took delivery. My understanding is that if warranty condition not started or no claim made if it has, then entitled to refund.
  2. Other issues. Car sold & was just 25 months old with only 50k mileage. The extended warranty hadn't kicked due to it's mileage/age. I wasn't sent any T&Cs however I've done my research and am entitled to a full refund. The bizarre fact is no one at Skoda who is supposed to deal with it.
  3. I am trying to obtain refund for an extended warranty which I purchased when I bought the car. Happy to supply copies of correspondence with customer services department. 12 telephone calls, several emails and no one wants to take responsibility for dealing with it. I had no issues with obtaining a refund on my last purchase.
  4. Hi Does anyone have email address of current CEO Skoda UK. I'm getting nowhere with customer services
