Hi. I've been lurking on these forums for a while and until now I have managed to solve all my problems with already answered questions.... Thanks! I have had a squealing noise coming from the top of the engine, just below the windshield. It does stop after 10-15 minutes though. A few days ago I decided to find exactly where it was coming from and found it to be some sort of valve. Today while searching for an answer to a friend's problem I've learnt the valve is the anti shudder valve (ASV). Is this something I should be concerned about? I really don't mind spending a little cash here and there on this car even if it's to give me peace of mind. I look forward to discussing this with you! 1999 Combi (1u5)
