  1. I just did a visual check on the resistor, I'm not sure the resistor has a fault as with setting one to five on the aircon the blower works perfectly, changing speed per change of setting, however when you're on setting 6 or 7 the blower motor blows at full for around 1 to 2 seconds, then completely shuts off. I will check the seat when I'm home from work.
  2. Hi lads and lasses, I have a strange fault with my skoda superb 2014 2.2d laurin and klement, I wonder if any of you legends can help me solve this? I've just bought the car and want it all working as its in great condition. The aircon blower motor works on low to mid settings but the moment I turn the blower to full, the fan speeds up then cuts out completely, turn the ignition off and back on, the aircon then works on lower settings again, turn it to full, it blows for a second then cuts off. I've removed the motor and can't see any faults with it, it spins freely, I've checked the resister and can't see any faults. If I turn the aircon on low to mid, run it for a minute then turn screen demist on (turns blower motor onto max) it runs with no fault, if I then turn the direction from windscreen to seat position it seems to work and doesn't cut out. Anybody have any ideas as I'm now stumped. Thank you in advance for your time.
