My Octavia arrived on 17 August.

Ordered 16 August 2021 and delivery on 17 August 2022

After loosing any information for my Octavia which was finished production on 17/July and arrived to Romania in Curtici "the hub where all cars arrived from Europ to Romania" around 15 or 16 July. I made lot of tries to get information and Finaly it is now arrived to dealer and on 17/August I'll collect it. And here are some information that can be useful for people from Romania and maybe similar for other European Countries: All dealers of Skoda, Seat, VW, and Porche are transferring the orders to Porche Romania, Porche Romania is the official importer for how the orders are coming in Romania, Lagermax is the shipping company which take care of delivering the cars in Romania and to the dealer. The only way you can get information about the shipping of your car from Lagermax, is to ask the importer to ask them. Lagermax is not giving any information to the car owner nor the dealer, only the importer.

Mine was finished and ready for delivery on 17 July. It arrived in Romania on 26 July. Since then it appears un the system with the status in delivery to the dealer. And, the dealer cannot say when it will arrive.

I have a friend eho bought a plug-in hybrid and when he travels it consumes more petrol. And I'll never buy electric car as currently the production of battery is more producing more pollution than using an evonomic petrol motor. And the disaster will arrive when we will have a huge amount of batteries to recycle. I prefer waiting the hydrogen technology to take place.

I called the dealer again today, and he told me that my Octavia is ready to delevery, and this step lasts between 2 to 3 weeks.

Each time I ask the dealer he check in the system and send an email to request more information from the mother company and recall me to give me the feedback.

The dealer told me that they picked my Octavia from the parking lot, to restart working on it, and it received a motor number in the system. Toady I succeeded adding it in the app.

My current car is fabia 2014, and I picked it fom the showroom. But, now in Romania, most of the cars in stock are TDI, I prefer TSI and I want to go for 4x4 so I ordered Octavia Scout with most of the high tech options. Now, waiting front doors panels. I was planning to go in vacation with the new car, now I had to prepare my fabia for it.

I orded my Octavia scout TSI in 16 August 2021. The dead line was 1 Mai 2022. In February, the dealer told me that the car could arrive maximum in April. I received the vin and waiting for frint doors panels. No more information received and the dealer told me that I should wait or tacke back my money. The dealer is porch bucharest east.
