  1. Hello everyone. I'm surprised that forum like this about car being almost quater of a century old still exists and looks viral. Anyway - I'm an everyday user of my MK1 1U2 2000 1.9 TDI 66kW Skoda Octavia Hatchback. After sucessfull instalation of Climatronic this month (boy, it is a huge improvement from manual air supply) I've look across some information due to my wantings to install power windows in my car and replace fabric manual windows (mechanism and sidings, not the actual windows, they are good). I've already found a few things and they are on the way to me (complete power windows instalation from back row, including engines, cables inside the doors, buttons etc, basically - everyting that comes between outer part of the door and internal space in the car) as well as pretty the same stuff for passanger door in the front. I've also already ordered 4 door sidings with matching colour, buttons, internal door handlers, etc. I'm only missing complete system from driver seat AND internal cables from doors to comfort module. Which brings me here. I've spend already few hours trying to find at least part number of it. No such luck. I know from my today's conversation with man who actually put that stuff together, as well as install sounds systems, proximity sensors, reverse cams etc. , that you have to have two pairs of that cables (left-hand side and right-hand side, right-hand side also comes through some kind of bridge from right to left in the car and then it connects to comfort module). But that is the thing - I've got totally no clue what is the part number. I don't know how does that plugs from that cables looks like. I ain't even sure, where to look for it, because internet thinks, that if you look for power windows cables you mean door-located window cables. And nothing else (like the power comes from body itself, right). Ain't gonna ask "is it possible", because I know it is. My main focus is to get, even a grasp of information, how does the connectors look like, how many pins to they have, which pin is which cable etc. From that point I could even make that cable entirely myself (after getting some theory first), but starting entirely from scrap is too much for me. Does anyone had something similar? Actually - just a number of part would be useful, because internet should have something about that to display (like lenth, maybe the scheme of the connector etc).
