So basically I bought an octavia mk2 vrs facelift and it had the front fogs on as DRL so I tried to change it etcetc, now I have no LED DRL or led Side lights, I had an auto electrician come out and he redone the lighting config with odis which I believe was 31 superb or something we tried everything and still couldn't get drl or sidelight. We kept seeing 'not installed' yet all settings are enabled for them via odis and vagcom and they are installed and plugged in 😅 so after 8hours the auto electrician went home but said "probably the bcm" but idk I get no error codes for them whatsoever and when I do output test on an obdeleven for front left and right led drl it's goes to 100% when switch sidelight on (we have checked brightness levels) so I have no idea someone on fb forum said his both blew/failed after he jumped his battery after it died but he get error codes so im at a loss I've seen post of people changing bcm and it not solve this issue and few that had it fixed any help welcomed ! I don't have vagcom or anything close myself.
