Just had the same issue. Alarm seemed to be set off by my wife walking past. Fixed it by opening the bonnet, staring frantically at the battery and thinking where are my spanners, and then slamming it down really hard in frustration. Alarm stopped and so far so good. Only been 2 hours though... Phoned the service team and got told to talk to Skoda Assist if it happens again. Very useful...
