It looks like Skoda have replaced Quartz Grey with Graphite Grey on the configurator and on the VRS its a no cost option so no issue on the price. The dealer did honour the original price as well as the car has increased by over £2,000 since I ordered it and the finance company honoured their deal as well so very happy with all that. If I'm honest I think I prefer the Colour i got over what I ordered so its been a win win for me.

So I finally collected my car on Saturday the 20th August so 13 months after placing the order on 17th July 2021. A great day only marred by the fact that I ordered Quartz Grey and they delivered a Graphite Grey car, dealer didn't even mention this until I raised the issue. I have accepted the car of course and am very happy with it so far, My daily commute of 28 miles has been possible on all electric so far. Fingers crossed for all of you out there waiting for yours.

I see you ordered yours in February 2022, mine was ordered July 2021 and am collecting this Saturday 20th. I did a secret shop on the dealer as well and they quoted 49 weeks delivery time so can't believe they quoted you August delivery but it may depend on the model, this is the longest I have ever waited for a car. Hopefully it will be worth it. Good luck with yours.

Hi No idea if mine has been sitting in a car park waiting for bits or not but my Dealer claimed car was built on 1st July and shipped to the export port on the 2nd. After some confusion a month ago when it was supposed to be collected I have just been informed that it has arrived at the dealer yesterday (15th August) and I will fingers crossed be collecting it on Saturday 20th. Its a VRS iv estate Hope that helps Kevin

Yeah I went to the dealer with my private reg documents and was there for over an hour while they checked and it wasn't just one guy involved so it all seemed good. When they told me it was already in the UK I almost couldn't believe it but clearly it wasn't so the jokes on me. How a company can have a £40k asset and not know where it is is beyond me. I just told the dealer to ring me when they actually have the car so we will see.

Clearly just not being told the truth.

So just received a call from my dealer which I thought was to finalise collection tomorrow and it seems my car is still at the export port in Germany this is after sitting in the showroom last Wednesday and bing told it was in the UK and scheduled for delivery to the Dealer on Monday 18th. I'm not sure what an earth is going on but clearly I won't be picking my new car up tomorrow.

I was told if ordering today it would be a 49 week wait and I saw the dealers list of cars and there must have been at least 20 cars with no build date at all. I will keep the fingers crossed. Let you all know if it arrives.

So went to the dealer yesterday and the car is now in the UK and will be at the dealer on 18th with a view of collecting it on Thursday 21st July, my fingers are crossed.

HI New to the forum but thought I would just share my information with you regarding my current order with Skoda. I ordered an Octavia VRS IV estate on the 17th July 2021 and yesterday after contacting the dealer he confirmed the car was made on 1st July 2022 and was shipped to the port for export to the UK on the 2nd. He did say there could be a slight delay depending if my car was the first or last for the boat but he did say he is optimistic that I will be driving my car late July to early August. It's been a long wait as the rest of you can verify on here but at least it's nearly over. Hope this helps some of you.
