  1. Aux socket loose in MDI housing. I have a new-to-me Jan-2017 Skoda Octavia Mk III (1.0TSi S) with a Bolero infotainment unit (the one before the "App" option), see photo1. It has the Aux & USB sockets (called the MDI, I believe?) installed below the dashboard Bolero, just below the heating/aircon control unit, see photo2. The USB connector works & powers my android phone, & bluetooth works too. Sadly, it transpired that the Aux socket was not secured in the housing, so when I went to plug in my 3.5mm jack for my iPod, it just disappeared into the housing 😞, so not possible to plug anything into it. I cannot see how to remove/get into the (MDI) housing to fix this - can anybody please advise of a process for this, preferably with pictures? Thanks so much in anticipation... Mike (The Woodster)
  2. This 2017 Å koda Octavia Mk III 1.0 TSi S is my 1st ever Skoda & I'm suitably impressed. Great boot space to put all of my band equipment!
