  1. Thanks for the feedback, think I'll get some Bosch Aero blades.
  2. Looking to replace the wipers on my fely... Just wondering if anyone has fitted the Aero type blades? Do they work alright? Would be nice to have them, much better than the old type! Cheers,
  3. Mine sounds more like a clunk.... When I get the chance im going to investigate. Its actually be doing it for quite some time -really should look at it! But then again, I wouldnt be too surprised if it could be the gear linkage as if I hold the gearstick tightly it stops clunking!
  4. Its' not the exhaust, I've had that issue and fixed it. That was a different rattle on my fely
  5. Ok, Cheers for the reply. Last question, is it alright to reuse the nuts/bolts? Maybe with a bit of threadlock?
  6. Just to confirm, I got some crude photo's... Rekon I could change it without ramps? Failing that, it'd only be ~30 mins labour to get it sorted.
  7. Thanks for the replies :-) Can this be done without jack support on the engine? Also, would it be obvious that the rubber inside the mount is knackered or is it not that visible until you remove the mount?
  8. Just wandering if anyone has any ideas with this: When cold I get a knock (sounds like from passenger side more than drivers side) when I change gear (only in low gears). I can stop the knock if I hold firmly onto the gear stick when changing. Seems to go when the engine has warmed and is quieter now its warmer weather. Gearbox mountings look alright from what I can see.
  9. I know this is an old thread.. but I could do with replacing this mounting.. Can it just be unbolted or does the engine need supporting. it doesnt look weight bearing or anything but I wouldnt want to chance it without asking!! Also, anyone got any ideas on part number? Cheers :-)
  10. I dont know a lot about audio as you can probabily tell.. would: Kenwood KFC-1361C 13cm 3-way Speakers - Car Audio Discount be suitable? I take it "3 way" is just simulated and doesnt need extra wiring?? Thanks
  11. Sweet, thanks for the reply. The head unit went in the bin a while back.. hoped that would improve the situation.... it didnt.. Got a kenwood unit in there now, seems pretty good. Will shop around for some 13cm's
  12. Well, I was going to put up with bad audio... until one of the speakers started vibrating and added to the fact they are rubbish I think ill replace them. Questions; I think they are 13cm speakers? Would any 13cm fit to replace them? Would replacing the fronts give a noticable difference providing I fit something fairly decent (anything would be better than the standard fit). Is it worth fitting rears? 1.3L felicia Hatch BTW. Finally, anyone reccomend a direct replacement ? Cheers guys
  13. Shouldnt fail. Drivers door is the only one which needs to open IIRC, others could be welded shut and it could pass.
  14. Just bought an off the shelf one, cant remember what it was called. Pretty sure most are the same now. If not, ebay or other websites.
