Hi there, Thanks for the reply, have added the pic below. I read in another post that there was an issue with certain models having this feature (WiFi) turned off from the factory and perhaps a code needed adding? In any case I thought I would check the firmware/software was up to date as a start point. Thanks again

Hi there, I have just bought a Karoq 2019 and think the infotainment may need updating (see below). It does not have a Wi-Fi option in the menu meaning I cannot smartlink by hotspot from phone. Thanks for any help
