  2. Hi, So I took delivery of my brand new kodiaq about 2 weeks ago and so far I'm loving the car apart from 1 thing, I cannot get the primary user set up! I've read the many numerous threads on this forum and elsewhere and tried everything. Skoda digital support took me through some steps basically involving a factory reset of the infotainment system then restarting the set up from scratch. I can get as far as the step of confirming the primary user by pressing the two keys and then I typically get 2 different errors - - "Sorry function timed out. Please press the unlock buttons quickly one after the other" This one is weird because I'm pressing the buttons about as quickly as possible after each other - "Please try again or contact customer services" After the latest round of trying to resolve things Skoda digital support have advised I visit the nearest service centre and ask them to do the following - "Workshop: Kindly perform WFS (new adaption of keys to immobilizer) and then let the Bus CAN unit fall asleep (turn off vehicle, lock vehicle and leave it at least 30min), Then enroll again. If the problem persist, open DISS ticket." My nearest service centre is quite far away and it's a few weeks before they can fit me in. Does anyone have any experience of this and any other suggestions to resolve this to help me avoid a trip to the dealership? Thanks!
