  1. SC03OTT, Thanks for your reply, I will check that out and it makes sense as the garage said their VCDS wasn't reading that fog lights were even on the car, so maybe they have been deactivated, Cheers
  2. Langers2K thanks for your reply, Yes was aware it was just the drivers side, a guy came over and did the testing as he had the proper kit. I'm limited to a can of WD40 and two sizes of hammer. Vehicle had one owner previously - the car was bought by me last year and i've done circa 15k miles - no issues good motor It has the black panther kit on it and there was a receipt for a new Never known the lamp to work, and used when been driving but obviously not seen it working, no alerts on the dash of bulb out etc The local garage did the MOT and failed on the rear fog, but they did not have diagnostics kit to work for the Skoda. Tests were as the guy mentioned - so as above checking cables and comms to BCM and away from it, seems the BCM is the issue Any simpleton checks I can do? Thanks
  3. Skoda Octavia VRS MK III (2019), rear fog light not working, below has been checked: 1. All wiring 2. Bulbs function tested 3. Comms between switch and BCM Any other suggestions before the unwanted trip to Skoda? Are BCM's re-programable for the MK3 Octavia? Or single vehicle ID use? Thanks
