    2020 Skoda Skala 1.5 Auto. Hi. My first post... My car is RHD, with British plates.Does anyone on here understand why my my breakdown assist button (next to the emergency button) calls a a German helpdesk, which tells me in German that I wiil be answered shortly,The German lady was very nice, but not the right helpdesk for Sheffield! Also, i cannot set up a preferred service partner in England, only in Germany. The general Skoda phone helpline person was useless: referred me to the dealership, who say they will need the car in for a day. Someone must know how to fix this without me losing the car to the dealership for a day. HELP
