I have been trawling trying to find sump plug and oil filter torque settings to no avail. can anyone help please? also spark plug torque would be useful for next time.

i am looking to fit a towbar to my 2017 fabia. i dont have access to a manual so was hoping someone could help with steps to remove rear bumper rather than trial and error thank you all
