  1. Thank you for the quick reply. How do I know which one is genuine, it says 5EF 827 566 is which one I need but there are not a lot new one. I see some used cameras, not sure if I want to buy them but hard to find a good one which seems reliable for more than a year.
  2. Hello, I have installed a chienese rear camera on my 2015 5e5 1.6 cr tdi cxxb combi car. Having a mib2 5Q0035864A unit with H24 hardware I can code it with vcds no problem. I want to install an original camera, I had enough of chienese camera it has a wear after a year, does not work when it gets cold.. I will perform the assembly at home, which one camera should I buy? It says 5EF827566 is what I need, can I install MIB HIGH this one? MIB LOW this is the low version right? I would buy the MIB HIGH, thank you for your help.

Hello I have an issue sometimes, does not matter what the fuel level is, once 8 of 10 the fuel unit is good, after sending P3043 mechanical failure, specially if I need to restart the car in few minutes. Is it a controller or a fuel pump unit failure? 5Q0919050AD is the fuel unit but I do not find an original one just replacements.. which one is the best? Wanted to buy VDO, Pierburg but it shows Fispa, Sidat, Meat & Doria, Hoffer, Hitachi and Vika.. I do not know either. Thank you
  4. It is better now, yes probably the EU6 rules, went up till 410km so I do not care now, no failure codes or anything just need to ride yes.
  5. The point is like the computer inside of it, because of an EU6 it reteaches itself so learning the new conditions, did not regen under 340km and the soot it 75%. It is interesting that how the car reteaches itself, by the way I will check the injectors cause do not want to clean the DPF again in the next 4-5 years. 🙂
  6. I cleaned it because it was regenerating a lot like under 200kms does not matter what.. and I am kind of a "stupid" guy who analyzing those stuffs. It is clean I believe now, cleaned like 100kms ago. It is EUR6 dam not a nice engine, some eur5 runs 800-1000kms with one regeneration I want around 5-600kms, have to check turbo, injectors? Turbo catching up so good, but in 4th and 5th gear a slight lazyness. 1.6 cr cxxb 235k km Cleaned at 58.5g the limit is 80.

I just asked my mechanic to clean the DPF by a professional, but in a first route the soot measured is still going up faster than soo calculated, mechanic recalibrated the filter.. should it recalibrate the differential pressure sensor too? Or iam not sure what is the case here. Thank you,

  9. If needed to clean DPF I will remove, I do not believe in those liquids, only using the car now on weekends cause of my new job so it is okay if I cannot use car for 2-3 days.. Yes EGR, like half a day to remove it and even Pierburg is not working for a long but costs a lot, EGR is tragedy in this type, but what else if not DPF or EGR? If the injectors or the turbo goes wrong I can feel it I assume while driving.
  10. In Hungary they are too expensive, I mean the dealer taking 5x more money than an usual repair would ask for. I am really curious because the car runs very well, but the measured soot going up really fast in some conditions and no lights, no red or yellow light anything like that. Even the fuel consumption seems okay, I use premium Shell diesel mostly or OMW we have there, probably need to clean the DPF first by company and after I need to check things like the EGR valve or I do not know where to start. I believe in t he car and I like it a lot but this flustrates me do not want to buy a new original DPF.

My DPF regenerating like under 200kms does not matter if I go on a highway, or on normal road the calculated soot going up until 12-13g then jumps to 21g and regenerating.. the measured soot going up so much faster. Oil ash volume is 58.8g, and 235k mileag. I bought the car last summer and regenerated every 400kms, the car has power fuel consumption is great been driving on highway and still under 5L/100km, torque also okay but this DPF thing kills me.. EGR low pressure vaule is -0.003 - -0.008 does not matter if the car is not running, or on idle or running on the road. 2015 1.6 cr tdi cxxb What can I do with this, clean the DPF first and see what happens, or what else? Can you help me please I have a 2015 1.6 cr 5e5 Octavia around 233.000km in it, lately driving and the car wants to regenerate quicker than usually.. this sunday I had to drive and checked with OBD2 and vag dpf the soot lvl was around 12g (do not know the exact one, but around). Today I started the car and the soot lvl went up to 21g and car started to regenerating, the ash mass is around 58.5g, fuel consumption normal my avg is 4.5l/100km used mostly to work 15km-15km at 90km/h fuel consumption is around 3.6l/100km, any idea why the soot mass changing without any reason while car is just sitting in the garage, maybe the sensors? Like it happened with most of us, when we stopped the car while DPF was regenerating, is there an option to write the Soot Mass Calc value on the Virtual Cockpit screen, like where I can see Oil Temperature, how much I can drive with the fuel I got etc.. I want to check it here. Is it possible with vcds, or need to code it somehow? I think dashboard okay too, just do not want to use my phone to check that value with elm327, I want to regenerate correctly, car regenerating until 6.4g Soot, want to bring it down till 3.5-4g. Thank you for the help!
  14. So I need to measure how bright is the original bulb, and I need to setup the led one on that lvl? It can be 20-25% brightness of the new LED unit, there is no problem with the car it accepts led I think in VCDS I can adjust the power I give to this LED bulb. Thanks! If it is brighter but it is not causing problems for others, still a problem? In Hungary govrement doesn't let me use those bulbs, but that is an another part. 🙂
  15. Hello! I want to ask about your experience, just replaced my front tail lights P21|5W with a led one, originally I have to use halogen one but Iam using a led one. Do you have any expericene, is it allowed in Austria or they take your license plate, the police cares about the modify? The car is an Octavia 3 1.6 cr style. Thank you for the help.
