  1. Came yesterday and took ot away. Money back in my account this afternoon. They offered £50 compensation and to pay for the accessories I'd bought and taxis totalling about £280 so cant complain really.
  2. They seem to be everywhere and none stop adverts so that must be costing a fortune. I have put a reservation down on this one. So fingers crossed. https://www.twall.co.uk/used-cars/skoda-octavia-2-0-tdi-cr-se-l-5dr-5-door-estate-black/va16obs
  3. Bought a 2016 Octavia SE L from cazoo with 16k miles and have had nothing but trouble. It came, I took it for a spin and coolant light came on. Popped bonnet and reservoir were close to empty. Timing belt hasn't been done although it had "FSH". When I zoomed in on their pictures the reservoir was close to empty when they took the pictures. When I went to open the bonnet passenger door card were flapping about missing the clips and bolt at bottom. The cazoo number plate they fit wasnt tightened and missing rubber padding so bouncing around. Only provided one pretty worn key, that when put in ignition says battery needs changing. 3 of the 4 alloy wheel bolt covers are missing. Advertised as having adaptive cruise control but non existent. Smart link not activated and satnav needed an SD Card. Gave it a wash and both front wheel arches look to have been resprayed as clear coat peeling. I have been on the phone on hold listening to the endless "take the hassle out of used car buying with our 300 point inspection... Each person I have spoken to has been understanding, got it booked in to sort all issues out but too many niggles in back of my mind so getting sent back. Got another reserved from a dealer (spent 300£ on dog guard/boot liner/mud guard/rubber mats) so needed same again. Fingers crossed its better because really liked the car. https://www.cazoo.co.uk/car-details/27497b75-81ef-54a3-8c82-de38d4149243/?utm_campaign=car-listing&utm_medium=aggregators&utm_source=autotrader
