From my experience the ‘unconfirmed build week’ means nothing, maybe you’ll get lucky though.

So I’ve finally requested cancellation of my order today as the whole thing was becoming ridiculous - PHEV estate in race blue with tow bar, wireless charging, winter pack. I bought a Volvo V60, B4 MHEV estate with only 6500 miles instead. Happy days! 😁 I will probably never consider a Skoda again.

February 4th marks 16 months of waiting for me for my vRS IV Estate. I really want the car as everything about it suits my lifestyle - the electric range for my daily commute, the load capacity for bikes/kayak/skis and obviously the price compared to other similar sized cars and the added extras such as the tow bar, inductive phone charging, heated steering wheel etc. The wait is getting painful though. The temporary car I bought to see me through is not a car I would ever have chosen long term. :o(

But are they ever going to arrive? I’m hearing nothing for months on end. I’m driving a car I would never have chosen, bought as a temporary measure while I waited what I thought would be a longish wait but not 14 months+. A recent e-mail to customer services shed no light on progress. All I want is a bit of hope and honesty about how things stand.

Has anybody heard anything about the IV situation over and above the removal from the price lists? I notice, as others have said, the UK brochure was updated on the 26th of October with PHEV no longer an option. I really hope existing PHEV orders will be honoured and the removal of this drive option from the brochure has just been done in light of slow production and therefore the need to catch up rather than discontinuation. If PHEV production has stopped altogether, perhaps I should expect a message some time soon cancelling my order; I'll be pretty annoyed if that's going to be the case as I approach the 13 month wait mark.

Forgot to add that mine is a DSG vRS although I've given up trying to look for some logic in what's being built and delivered and what's not depending on the spec. and the extras. I'm well and truly fed up with the wait!!

Hmm, I wonder if that means I might be some time soon. I'm a UK customer (Perth), ordered a race blue IV estate on the 4th of October with tow bar, winter pack, wireless charging and rear camera (which should have been standard IMO), so nothing too fancy.

Has someone sorted the column J, 'Variant', in the spreadsheet without sorting the rest of the data? My vRS had changed to something else. Anyway, in other new, tomorrow marks a year to the day that I ordered my car and I've heard absolutely nothing! Very frustrating, especially as I'm having to drive a car around that I'd never have chosen unless out of desperation. *news
