    Thanks for the reply. This is next level though. It's been going since 5pm yesterday, it is now 8:42am! Car has been off since 6pm.

    Turned on this afternoon and for the last 4.5hrs very loud white noise has been coming out of the speakers. Sound settings can't be accessed. Have tried power cycling the info system Factory reset Car shut off and back on again. it's still going. Any ideas?! There was an update that came through the other day....any way to roll those back?
