I bought a second hand 2020 Scala SEL last month. Its great, except that a few times now, when I start the car, the infotainment system hangs on "loading user profile". It stays like this for the whole journey, meaning I cannot listen to the radio, use satnav, carplay, change the car settings or anything else. I have tried repeatedly resetting by holding the power key but the same screen returns. I have tried turning the car off for 5/10 minutes, getting out and back in, etc but nothing works. So far, I have found that after I return to my car a few hours later it has resolved. This is really frustrating. Does anyone know how to fix this or stop it happening?
