Can someone with the variable boot floor take some pictures of how the rails are put together? Struggling to find any close ups of the mechanism. Do the raised boot floors ever come up for sale on the forums? Has anyone tried making a DIY floor to fit the factory rails?

Hi everyone 👋🏻 last week I purchased a 2013 estate, and I’ve got a couple of questions: The electric tailgate opens fine, but the only way I’ve found to get it to close is by pressing either lock or unlock on the key fob, then pressing the button on the boot lid (then it closes with no issue) I’ve tried holding the boot lid button to see if it will do some kind of reset, but it appears dead until I either lock or unlock…is this normal? it also appears to have had the variable boot floor in the past, but the black rail on the right hand side isn’t attached, and the silver rails are at different heights. I’ve tried looking online for instructions on how it’s put together, but I keep coming across posts on how to make DIY equivalents… Any insights from owners would be appreciated 👍🏻 thanks!
