I don't suppose you know where that is or how to get to it?

Hi Guys, I bought my car in May June time and hadn't had the heating on till a couple weeks ago. It's just blowing cool luke warm air out the driver's side and the rear blowers. I have tried the AC and dashboard blowers calibration a couple of times but it's still cool air coming out. I did have the menu button on the dual climate control system sticking so Car Store put me a new bottom panel in, and truth be told I'm not sure it worked before they changed that. I've had it on the diag with a friend and taken some pictures of the error messages. I'm not a mechanic but if anyone has any ideas or things, I could try instead of me getting charged £100 for a garages initial diagnostic that would be awesome! Thanks, Adam
