  1. Sadly they are currently saying no - but will look into a good will gesture. To add salt into the wounds I received an email at the weekend offering extended 2 yr extended warranty with services etc for less than £700 - and that I could discuss this when dropping off the vehicle. Ha-ha! No surprise ££££ they need to rectify the ongoing issue before offering this. Well over a grand for a common fault - so a default in the manufacturing - with a car that's like new and done less than 24,000 miles - not happy!
  2. I am new - thanks for advice
  3. Hi all, I have a 2019 Kodiaq with under 24,000 miles. It is overheating when driving above 45 mph. The garage are asking for £148 initial diagnosis - then a further excess of £400 to clarify that it is a water pump shroud issue - which is very common apparently - all whilst I am being charged £22 per day car hire charge! Anyone had any luck with recompense? I have never had a vehicle so young and so faulty - already had to have a new clutch! I am back off to Ford me thinks!!
