  1. Oof hope its not the steering rack! Only thing left now is control rods and lower arms. Its less of a loud noise now though.
  2. Thanks all. I will go and apply some grease to the other joints. I did grease the arb bush when installing. Went out today in it and i think its a lot better. Will try the lower arm bushes and see if that makes it even better, suspect they are the ones from factory! After 150k miles they will be a little worse for wear
  3. Ok i will check the springs first i suppose as many have suggested, camera phone to take a pic?
  4. The spring isnt broken, that was one of my first thoughts too! Is it a shock problem? It doesnt make noise any other time, how can i test it?
  5. I've got a 2014 1.6tdi fabia, its a cracking car, 150k miles on it, picked it up a year ago for £2k. Its been very reliable and returned 40-70mpg over the time. However i've a problem with speed bumps, they make a crunch sort of noise when going over them. Following this forum i've changed the anti roll bar bushes for new and then the ARB drop links. However its still remaining! Any further ideas? Lower arms? Shocks? Springs? I've inspected everything visually and nothing is obviously wrong. Thanks
