I am having the exact same issue. I have taken it to a dealer, but they said they could not find any fault codes. The problem goes away after turning off and on the car (you might have to wait 10 minutes before turning it back on).
I have checked the oil level and it looks fine and what I find even more weird is that this issue keeps going on even when the engine is turned off.
The dealer told me that I should leave the car with them for a few days so they could do some kind of remote diagnosis with engineers from Skoda, but I did not have the chance.
Can you please keep me updated if you find a solution?
I believe we have the same car, Skoda Kodiaq 2.0 TDI 4x4 200hp, facelift, bought in 2022. Mine has been bought from a local Romanian dealer.
