Evening. I’ve just taken delivery of a new Octavia. I’m not a particular fan of Apple Play and prefer to use the ŠKODA system (or so I thought). When I select Media, it begins playing the first song on my phone every time and I have to go through about 4 ‘back’ pushes to get it to a screen where I can select an album. If I get out of the car for 20mins, when I get back in, rather than continuing the playlist, it is going back to the first song (alphabetical) again! I have upgraded from a 2016 Fabia whose infotament seemed much simpler and robust. Any ideas if I am doing something wrong? thanks.

Good morning. On my 2016 Fabia I can connect two mobile phones via bluetooth, so if either my work or personal phone rings, the car will pick it up. Does the Octavia IV have the same functionality? thanks. Chris.

Hey all. I’m looking to buy a new Octavia Estate VRS. Carwow show an option for rear camera but show it incompatible with the virtual boot pedal. The Octavia brochure or ŠKODA configurator doesn’t show the rear camera as an option. Does anyone know the status of the rear camera, a Carwow mistake?

Out of interest the current Octavia brochure doesn’t show any sound upgrade available - in fact it doesn’t mention the speaker system at all? Im looking to join the long queue of VRS orders and interested to know the sound set up.
