I was only up there at the same time! Spent all week up there, at a place called Embo, went to inverness, thurso, wick, john o groats etc. Found an amazing road to a place called Glen Loth, find that on the map...its amazing! Cars looking nice....

Hello. My mate has a Focus and he cant afford to pay for the car anymore, as he is having ex missus problems...anyway.. He hasnt paid more than a 1/2 of the finance off yet, can you still hand the car back, and the pay off the balance monthly, after they have taken the car to auction? I dont know so i thought id ask on here 1st...Cheers

Hmm...i have lost a bit of weight of late, which helps. ID say buy some trainers that are suitable for your running style, neutral or pronate. Then do a bit of running then walking, thne running then walking, then you will find yourself doing more running that walking. Thats how i started. Let me know how you get on....
