Yeah, I was prepared to make the "Primary user" registration thing with the two keys, but that never started...

Hi, I have Skoda Octavia IV 2020 for around two years, bought from Germany (I am located in Bulgaria) and I just recently discovered that I was not configured as its Primary user - I was always driving as a guest. So, I have created a profile in Skoda Connect and have tried several times (in the past 1 week) to become the primary user - without any success. It tells me that "the application cannot be started". I then read a lot of forums for my case, and made the (stupid) decision to perform a Factory reset of the Infotainment system, reading somewhere that it will fix my issue and I will be able to run the "become Primary user" app. Unfortunately, that didn't work and now I am with an older firmware version 1810 and (as long as I have read) because the car does not have a Primary user, I am not able to receive OTA updates. The car is out of warranty, so I guess the local Skoda dealers will perhaps charge me to the Moon and back for fixing this. What can you recommend me to do? I actually do not have any serious issue other than not getting updates or not being able to become a Primary user... p.s. I am attaching pics of the current version of the Infotainment system
