2006 Octavia VRS 2.0TFSI No Start - Low Pressure at HPFP
My car wont start, it will run on carb cleaner sprayed into the intake manifold. When connecting a pressure gauge to the HPFP schrader valve, I'm only getting around 6-8PSI reading after 20/30 seconds of cranking. The HPFP cam lobe is brand new and the camshaft it runs on looks perfect. Can the HPFP's fail to the point where they produce virtually no pressure? Has anyone else encountered this before? I believe the pressure reading at the HPFP schrader valve should be around 90PSI? Any tips would be greatly appreciated

2006 Octavia VRS 2.0T FSI Wont Start
Hi, In November 2022 my 2006 Octavia VRS 2.0TFSI cut out on the way to work. I used my basic plug in tool to clear the codes, which would briefly allow it to run again before dying. I towed it to my local garage, who replaced fuel pump, fuel filter, spark plugs (my request), new battery and PCV Valve. After this it wouldn't fire or run at all. The mechanic told me he was getting codes 01314 and 01305 and recommended I replace the ECU. I sent the ECU to ECU Doctor who gave me a tested replacement clone of my original ECU. That didn't solve the issue. I then got an immobilizer deleted ECU (mechanics instruction).... that didn't work. £1400 later and still with a non runner I sacked that mechanic off and got a mobile guy to my car which was now back at my house. After checking fuses etc, he managed to get it running on 3 cylinders and had the code 000514 - Injector Cylinder 2 Upon his recommendation I personally removed all 4 injectors, sent them off to R-Tech, who cleaned, tested, re sealed and returned them to me looking like new (awesome service). The R-Tech guy confirmed all 4 injectors are fine, just dirty and tired seals. New injectors fitted... still wont run. Here is the latest VCDS report as the car sits now (see attached full report) -000514 - Injector: Cylinder 2 (N31) P0202 - 004 - Circuit Malfunction - Intermittent -005634 - Power Supply Terminal 30 P1602 - 002 - Voltage too Low - Intermittent Pretty frustrated and desperate at this point to get this sorted, so any help would be incredibly appreciated. Cheers, Russ Original ECU.txt
