  1. Keyless entry (again!)

    My 2018 Karoq (7000 miles) is currently in the dealershio with a keyless entry system fault. They are now saying they might have to install a new drivers door lock and the current quote for all the work is for £600+ which they are saying I have to pay. I know the car is 5 years old now so out of warrantly but its only done 7000 miles, surely that cant be right? It's not like wearing your tyres out - this is just a fault that has suddenly appeared. Any advice anyone? TIA.
