  1. Has anyone used Vaico VA - HLX oil for their haldex service ? It matches the VW G 065 175 A2 numbers. I've found the kit on autodoc https://www.autodoc.co.uk/vaico/20481991?search=VAICO+Parts+Kit%2C+oil+change%2C+multi-plate+clutch+%28all-wheel-drive%29+%28V10-6828-XXL%29
  2. I've looked at this website and they're good. However, although my car is 2019 the production model is 2020. So I believe it's gen 5 . I've asked another Skoda dealership to confirm. Let's see .
  3. Is there a big difference with these 2 haldex oils, G 060 175 A2 and G 065 175 A2?
  4. Damn I better make sure my filter is cleaned!
  5. @Bap33 thanks for that. I'll defo ask the local dealer. @linni I'll be sure to ask the mechanic to clean that out. Looking at YouTube videos I see it's imperative to get that cleaned . Local dealers won't even do that. Thank you
  6. Hi, thank you for the information, I really appreciate it. The oil I require is G 065 175 2A so the liqui moly wasn't the right one. I found out by asking liquid moly and their HQ in Germany confirmed it. I also asked the Skoda dealership in west london who confirmed the number. All this dsg and haldex servicing is new to me and if I hadn't come to this forum including Reddit and other Kodiaq forums I wouldn't have known what to service and when! The next thing I'm researching is the timing belt. My car has 37k miles on the clock and I'm not sure whether I need to replace it or not or when to replace it. I should have bought an electric car! Just joking. Thank you again !
  7. Hi Everyone I'm new to the forum and I'm in need of some advice. I have a Skoda Kodiaq 2019 2.0 TDI 4x4 150hp. The haldex service is due and I wanted to purchase a different brand of haldex oil. What would you guys recommend? I was thinking of liqui moly or Febi. Also what else do I need for the service? I'm getting the work done from a specialist independent garage. I just need to get all the parts. The mechanic said get 1 litre of the haldex oil but they're all 850ml. I Would really appreciate your advice . Thanks
