    Exactly what happened to my Karoq last week. A wire had snapped in the electrical connection. New connection on it's way.

    A quick hello to you all. I purchased a 2019 Karoq last week and I love it. Not looking to do any mods but I am keen on keeping the firmware of the entertainment system up to date which a google search led me to here! Cheers Rob.
