Update: they have replaced the Online Connectivity Control Module(5WA035282). Tried googling it by part number to see is it really a "common" issue but no luck Will see how long it will last till MIC stops "communicating" with it again....

No, I'm using Android Car, but even when not using it, mic doesn't work. Yesterday they have ordered a spare part although the explanation was like "MIC as a device is working properly, it's not broken, it just have a problem communicating with a controller"... When asked about what part was ordered got answer that it will be displayed on document once the replacement is done...

Hi all, have anyone occurred problem with their mic? Mine is being muted. I've already been at my service partner 4 times regarding this issue, the last one occurred after they replaced a charging box for towing, and the latest "feedback" I got is that they have received a confirmation from manufacturer that it's a "known" issue which I don't believe, as if it was a known one it would be mentioned somewhere... It's getting really frustrated that car after 3years, 38k KM is getting a "known" issue. Thanks for your feedback!
