I have been following this with interest. City of Rotterdam is heading to Grimsby as I write this. My dealer is based in the north of England (Yorkshire), is there any logic to where they ship to (I.e would they send a north based order to Sheerness)

I managed to luck out and get the spec I wanted on an already built car which is probably someone’s cancelled order. Ordered on the 20/02 and current status is that it is at the port in Germany since 22/02. It hasn’t left yet and the dealer keeps saying it would usually have left by now. How long are people waiting for the cars once they are at the German port? It’s an Octavia Estate 1.5litre petrol SEL DSG, metallic paint graphite grey
