  1. Recently upgraded to a 2009 elegance facelift 2.0L BKD and sorting the little bits on it. The heater/climate control is giving me a bit of grief. When I start the car up the blower does not seem to want to come on regardless of what I do on the control panel. As soon as I start to move for the first 5-10 mins or so the blower will start and stop itself a bunch of times until eventually it stays on for the entire trip. Only once have I turned the blowers up to full and it has stopped on me until I started it up the next day and had the same start up as previously mentioned. When the blower is working absolutely everything seems to work fine, air flow, heat, cold, air con etc. The conrtol panel seems to work fine, the lights are constant, the heater or air con works fine it's just the blower. I put in a new filter as the old one was knackered. I replaced the resistor, same thing. I replaced the blower motor, same thing. The fuses all seem fine and the wiring tests as ok. I'm at a bit of a loss and for the life me I can't find someone on the internet who's encountered the same issue. Anyone got any ideas please?
