  2. hi warrior yes its the diesel .yes it is been sold by a dealer they were not interested in it much as it was a trade in and just said it has a few lights on . the coil light staying on is that a problem ? im thinking a second hand steering rack to bring that cost down if needed, the battery was disconnected when i viewed the car they let me reconnect the battery and it started not a problem straight away ,
  3. hi guys , im looking at buying a octavia 1.6 2009.but it has a few lights on.... the EML light is on....., the STEERING WHEEL light is on....., the COIL light stayed on, i only had chance to start the car and not drive it due to been blocked in at the time .it fired up straight away no smoke but it would not rev past 2000 . it has 160471 miles. i dont have any access to a code reader so i could not get any codes. is there a rev limiter for when the car is stationary ? what does the steering wheel light mean ? and is it expensive ? the last skoda i had was a favourite so none of this stuff, can anyone plz advise , what the heck it could be ,thank you .
