I have check and I got no recall on the car

1.6 TDI, had it when it was 61000 now its 71000. It was an ex government car so I think it had regular checks before I bought it. Not sure if it had the vw emissions fix carried out, how would I know?

Hey all! I've got a fabia 60 plate diesel. Ever since I've had the car its been off / on juddering and smells like diesel when it happens. My revs are usually 8 then when the juddering happens goes up to 10 and makes a horrible noise when I'm revving. The engine makes like a jumping noise like its still moving when it happens and gets quite warm. Last year it broke down and it happened to be the injector which I had replaced and I thought after doing this it would solve the issue as it was doing it before I had it replaced. I've tried taking to the garage many times with this issue but every time I go down when its juddering it surprisingly stops doing it so the garage won't look at it as its not doing the issue. I've tried different diesel fuels like from tesco to texaco but still the same thing happens. Had it serviced, used engine cleaner (RedX) and I'm lost for what's going on with it. Please help if possible :)
