Bought this an Mot’d project. Previous owner fitting pd130 engine and gearbox. Unfortunately brush painted black. The gearbox had to be replaced as faulty, wiring loom replaced with full mk4 golf gt tdi so has cruise control and full MFD etc. designed badges to have VW logo below Skoda. All rust cut out, full brake set up from the golf fitted so discs all around. Golf driveshafts modified to fit Felica. Running on 16” golf alloys. Painted in Audi Imola yellow which I like better than original. Ecu remapped to 175bhp. Pulls really well and stops like it should giving much more confidence than original. Golf brakes also much bigger than mk1 Mondeo ones that seen others do. Strut top mounts strengthened and golf coilovers fitted. As pd130 engine sits lower than the 1.6 petrol also had additional sump guard even though still goes over speed bumps safely. Mahogany fitted in truck bed. Golf steering wheel fitted and updated to yellow to give a nod to original. Unfortunately health reasons will have to sell. I have loads of build pictures. Probably loads I’ve forgotten. Just couple of things to do then get MOT as almost out
